Guiding Principles

The CRIX Platform is being developed according to five principles that will help the life sciences industry bring therapies to market more efficiently.

• CRIX Community: We seek to incorporate the views and perspectives of all key stakeholders in bringing new therapies to patients throughout the world.
• Collaboration: CRIX supports integrated, collaborative scientific efforts with real-time, dynamic information flows and feedback loops-allowing for the faster discovery of new therapies. We encourage dialogue at all levels, and active collaboration in Special Interest Groups in the delivery of services.
• Competition: We will foster healthy market competition between service providers, thereby containing costs to our Community and advancing an environment where the best solutions succeed.
• Standards: We will leverage existing and emerging standards developed by standards development organizations to ensure interoperability between our services and other services.
• Openness and Transparency: CRIX International will announce meetings in a public manner to ensure broad and active participation, and will publish meeting notes and decisions to the CRIX Community in a timely manner.
